Dented Chrome is a partnership that joins the worlds of motorcycling and filmmaking to produce a documentary called Cycle Therapy about how American combat veterans within the world of motorcycling are helping other veterans with problems that keep them from adjusting to their lives after returning home from war. Many riders who are veterans have said that riding a motorcycle has a calming effect that drives damaging thoughts from their mind and gives them a feeling of exhilaration similar to what they felt in combat situations.

Cycle Therapy explores more than just the therapeutic effects that many veterans report after riding a motorcycling. It’s about the camaraderie they experience when riding with other vets. Its also about how many veterans have formed and joined groups dedicated to helping veterans in need.

Our organization, Dented Chrome, is a partnership between combat veterans who are active in motorcycling & documentary production company Decentralized Films. Together we will tell the stories of the veterans who still struggle to live the American dream.
